Our Key Projects

AgriMinds:

Supporting Farmers' Mental Well-being

Farming can be an isolating and challenging profession, often accompanied by high-stress levels and mental health struggles. AgriMinds was created to provide a safe space for farmers to seek emotional support, guidance, and community connections.

Our AgriMinds services include:

  • One-on-one conversations – A confidential space to discuss worries and concerns.
  • Referral support – Connecting individuals with RABI or the Farming Community Network for further guidance.
  • Group social sessions – Encouraging open discussions and reducing isolation.
  • Mental health awareness – Breaking the stigma around mental well-being in the farming community.
  • Practical support – Helping farmers develop action plans and strategies to manage challenges effectively.

If you or someone you know in the farming community is struggling, we are here to help.

Forget Me Not:

Supporting the Elderly & Those with Neurological Conditions

Ageing and neurological conditions can bring unique challenges, often leading to physical limitations and social isolation. Forget Me Not is designed to offer specialist fitness and well-being support for elderly individuals and those living with conditions such as Parkinson’s disease.

Our Forget Me Not services include:

  • Gentle exercise classes – Promoting mobility, balance, and strength in a safe, supportive environment.
  • Social activities – Helping to reduce isolation and build meaningful connections.
  • Specialist fitness programmes – Including Boxercise and Pilates, tailored for individuals with neurological conditions.

Our goal is to improve quality of life through movement, social connection, and expert-led support.

Healing Touch:

Our Commitment to Supporting Cancer Recovery

At Footle UK CIC, we are deeply committed to supporting individuals on their cancer recovery journey. One of our main initiatives is providing specialised care through our Pink Ribbon Program and Jennifer Young Postgraduate Oncology Touch Therapy.

We understand that recovery from cancer treatment can be physically, emotionally, and mentally challenging. Our therapeutic approach focuses on promoting healing, enhancing comfort, and nurturing overall well-being. Each session is carefully tailored to support those affected by cancer, providing a safe and soothing environment where individuals can experience the benefits of healing touch and holistic care.

With our qualifications and genuine passion for supporting cancer patients, we aim to help individuals regain strength, resilience, and a sense of peace as they move through their recovery process.
