At Footle UK CIC, we are dedicated to improving the well-being of underrepresented communities across Lancashire. As a non-profit Community Interest Company (CIC), we believe that everyone deserves access to the right support, opportunities, and activities that enhance their quality of life.
We run inclusive programmes designed to promote mental and physical well-being, particularly for individuals who often face barriers to support. Our work focuses on:
Tailored, evidence-based fitness and movement sessions designed to support better health, strength, and wellbeing.
We specialise in working with marginalised populations—such as individuals living with neurological conditions, breast cancer patients, and older adults—but our programmes are not limited to these groups. Every session is adapted to meet the unique needs and abilities of each participant, ensuring a safe, effective, and supportive experience for all.
Confidential, one-to-one support for Lancashire farmers. Farming life brings unique pressures—long hours, isolation, and the weight of keeping a business and a family going. Our mental health support is designed specifically for people in agriculture across Lancashire.
We offer safe, understanding spaces to talk—whether you need a listening ear, emotional support, or help working through challenges at a more strategic level. Whatever you’re facing, we’re here to support your wellbeing in a way that works for you.
Since 2022, Footle UK CIC has been working hard to make a real difference. Founded by Lisa, who has been supporting underrepresented communities since 2000 and specialising in fitness since 2012, we understand the power of community-driven support. Our mission is simple: to ensure that no one feels isolated or without the help they need.
AgriMinds
A safe and supportive community dedicated to addressing mental health challenges within the farming industry. We understand the unique pressures faced by farmers and offer a space to talk, share, and seek support.
Forget Me Not
Designed to improve the well-being of the elderly and those living with neurological conditions, this initiative offers tailored fitness and well-being sessions to enhance quality of life and foster a sense of connection.
Healing Touch: Supporting Cancer Recovery
At Footle UK CIC, we’re dedicated to supporting individuals through cancer recovery with specialised care. Our Jennifer Young Oncology Massage offers gentle, expert touch therapy for anyone affected by cancer—at any stage from diagnosis to recovery.
We also offer the Pink Ribbon Programme, a tailored exercise and rehabilitation plan specifically for those recovering from breast cancer. With qualified support and a compassionate approach, we help promote healing, comfort, and resilience throughout the recovery journey.
We are more than just an organisation - we are a community that cares. Whether you are a farmer looking for mental health support, an elderly individual or someone with a neurological condition seeking specialised fitness and well-being activities or an individual or organisation eager to support our cause, we would love to hear from you!
Join us in making a real difference across Lancashire. Whether through participation, volunteering, or partnership, your support helps us continue to provide vital services to those who need them most. Together, we can create a more inclusive, supportive, and healthier future for our communities.
